Our Vision

Tamara Ballard, the founder and Managing Director of Nursing in Motion, is a Registered Nurse dedicated to enhancing and innovating medical care continually. She established Nursing in Motion to address the growing need for in-home treatment plans that integrate seamlessly into care provided by clients' regular medical providers.

With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Tamara has worked in diverse settings, including fast-paced urban emergency rooms, clinical instruction, private family practices, rural hospitals, and clinical research. Her expertise and passion to delivering top-notch care has paved the way for Nursing in Motion to offer efficient, professional, and individualized care  to clients in the lower mainland of British Columbia, Canada.
